Bevel engaged Monolog to develop a “fauxback” patch to be used on various company merchandise. This goal with the design was to create an item that would fit into a fictional history of the company’s origins. Taking inspiration from a sign painter’s work on one of Bevel’s fleet vehicles, the design helps to bridge the gap between the company’s modern-day presence and what might have been.
